MY STORY
i am Nikkita Kannemann. i live in Adelaide, south Australia. Fitness is my life. i played netball since the age of 8 years old. Since all the injuries i decided to hit the gym. I fallen inlove with weight training. I studied at clean health fitness institute.
I got certificates in performance pt coach level 1 and 2, strength system international coach level 1 and 2, performance nutrition coach level 1 and 2, fat loss transformation secret for personal trainers and personal trainer business essential.
I was in very deep depression in 2022. i decided to change my life for the better.
